Screening call - then 3 calls with a hiring manager and 2 team leads. A lot of the questions felt more like a test to see if you can verbally explain basic statistical concepts under pressure, which I don't necessarily agree is the best approach for gauging whether someone would do well on the job.

Easy interview, basic questions for call center/customer support roles. Interview held remotely over zoom after easy phone interview. One on One interview, shared salary at the end. Told would be informed within a couple days of results.

2 rounds of interviews. 1 with recruiter, then another with hiring manager. The hiring manager interview was in person, but this was back before covid 19. They actually had two business supervisors in on the interview.
