Received and email from company HR asking me for a my CV. Two days after submitting the CV got a interview call. I was told I will have a f2f interview and a tool test. On reaching the place a f2f interview was conducted. No technical questions were asked in the interview, they just asked to explain my previous projects. The interviewers appeared to be lacking experience and professionalism. They seemed disinterested and looked like they were forced to take the interview. They finished the interview telling they were looking for a much experienced candidate. This could have been confirmed by simply looking at my CV, there was no need to call me all the way to tell this to me. Additionally, no tool test was conducted as was mentioned in the call-letter email. Complete waste of time and energy.
