It was pretty easy one. I went through a model test, followed by personal interview. Next day was HR interview for salary negotiation & other benefits discussion. HR explained about onsite bond agreements. Final negotiation was for joining time. They were in need of joining within 30 days. If any penalty is there with existing employer, that would be paid by Quest.
