Started with a phone interview post resume submission. Took ages to schedule and the HR was unresponsive through most of the time. They did not check with me regarding when would be a good time but rather just went ahead and scheduled it. So the hiring process was with in the college campus organized by the placement department. It was a single day process. The first round was with the written aptitutde test. Then the second round was with a group discussion. The third round was with personal interview

Entrevista
Short and nice as the manager that was hiring at the time was empathetic and sincere. Had two interviews with the company and got the role, no tests or anything.
