Took about a month before I received an offer, I had 4 interviews. 1 with the recruiter, 1 with the director of the renewal department, and 2 with different team leaders but all were virtual. I think the process took so long because they had a couple different positions to fill so multiple people to interview with and find the right fit for each team.

1- phone call with recruiter - she was very disorganized and confusing throughout the process- difficult to get feedback from and I had to chase her to get information ( I honestly was about to drop the process because of her) - once you start working here everything is great so don't give up :) 2- interview face to face with 2 managers 3- interview with Director

The process was pretty quick and over all pleasant. I spoke with a recruiter on the phone for a quick intro interview. From there we scheduled an in person with 2 managers which was rescheduled. No big deal. Once going into the interview they managers are very laid back and appreciate more of a conversation rather than a QA interview.
