Applied online, recruiter reached out for one way digital interview. Basic interview questions. Questions:
Why do you want to work as a compliance analyst?
What are your 5 years goal?
What are you Key strengths?
The compliance admin and HR made the arrangements for the interview. I interviewed with three employees over three interviews in one day. The format was a bit more on the conversational side and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. Although I didn't get the position I initially interviewed for, I was referred by one of the interviewers for another position which I ultimately accepted with an associated company.

Entrevista
The first round is a phone interview, just ask some questions about your work permit, your availability, your salary expectation. The next round is a video interview with the manager.
