hiring is mostly done by posting ad in newspaper. the CV,s are collected by the general manager & then all candidates are called for primary interview. a 03 member group including director hold on the interview. then shortlisted candidates are called for salary package & job negotiation. afterwards final candidate is called for job by telephonic massage.
