Everyone was kind, and it was much more of a interpersonal skill interview rather than technical.

They reached out to me, only a call and was told they picked someone else the a day later the job was post on LinkedIn. The talent acquisition person then removed me from his network after I asked him about the job post. Very unprofessional.

Entrevista
Had a scheduled initial screen with the recruiter, it went well as he asked only some basic questions. Got ghosted after that which is okay since the position explicitly needs C# and I don't have enough experience with it. The process, he told me, was the initial screen, a coding interview, a system design interview, and a cultural fit. Pretty standard.
The one thing to consider is that they only provide a visa sponsorship to Denmark, but without relocation support whatsoever. They just provide the document to apply for the work visa with and that's it.
