One interview, very nice human resources staff, very easy to talk to. Made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Interviewed with one Human resources representative and one customer service representative.

First round phone interview with the SVP of managed services then second round interview in person. Interviewed with SVP, Account Manager, Senior Consultant, HR. Asked typical behavioral questions. They were all friendly, but a few seemed disinterested in the interview. Things I found a bit strange: The SVP asked me for my college GPA even though I’d graduated 4 years ago. The Senior Consultant admitted in the interview she had not read my resume and prepared questions for someone straight out of college not someone with experience so she was reading me resume and creating questions on the spot. HR talked about benefits package which I thought was strange having not received a job offer.
