They are pretty picky on who they choose to interview, they don't require a lot of experience but they only look at attitude, will you be able to be cheerful. You must be neat in appearance, have a clean background, and be able to do the job duties.

The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.
