I was referred by an employee and went to the KC regional office in Overland Park and turned in my application in person, I was then interviewed 45 minutes later. The interviewer seemed to already approve of me because of my reference from a division staff member. It wasn't very rigorous questioning at all, mostly concerned with whether I could be nice to people at work.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.
