Poor leadership and unprofessional management.
They ghosted me twice. Both times they didn't even bother to inform me that the interview was cancelled.
In the first round their engineer didn't show up, I thought I was ghosted, then the next day recruiter called me and rescheduled it. I cleared the first round.
Now the second and final round was scheduled with the director of engineering. I tried joining the call but the meeting link was returning 404. So I called the recruiter and they told me they had to reschedule and will call me later in the evening.
They didn't call.
I asked them politely to inform me in advance if they needed to reschedule. I was ghosted.

Already done in Technical Interview. Only the Manager interview left. Then for some reason, The Manager who will do the interview has been changed and also the position Im applying for. So this new Manager who will do my interview is the manager of Service Desk. It seems they want me to be positioned in Level 1 Role (Service Desk), on which I dont have any experience.
