I applied online and no response. A month later I reapplied online again and I received a phone call to confirm that they received my application and they would like to schedule a phone interview with the HR director. The interview with the HR director was more about career goals and interests which went well. The HR director scheduled an onsite interview with general manager. After I arrive, I was given a personnality test on paper and then started a video conference interview with general manager and HR director located in FL. Interview was based on career goals, strength/weaknesses, education, past internship experiences, describe a situation and what was the outcome type of questions. After interview I was given a tour of the facility by the general manager which was nice. Overall interview went well after I was well prepared
