I was very impressed with the whole process as everyone I met with was assigned key areas to focus on. I didn't feel like I was repeating myself all day and I felt like the questions they asked me really gave them a good view of the value I could bring. I started with a phone call from the hiring Manager. I was then brought in to talk to 2 key Managers on the team. Then I came back for a 5+ hour interview with most of the exec team and key players. I started the day with a 30 minute presentation on my last project. I was very impressed with everyone I met - top notch team with a great vision.
