Interviewer doesn't know the basics - one thing is very sure they wanted candidate to join - so even if you quote more they will give as the interviewer asked on the basics questions and they followed up on each and every day... my recommendation is if you wanted to have more than one offer - attend the interview ( i don't recommend joining qvantel as i myself joined and lot to be learnt by organisation )

The process took 1 Month. I interviewed at Qvantel in July 2019. One of the recruitment agency called for the interview 1. Codilty test and they gave the result in 15 days 2. Skype technical with the junior resource I don't have any problem. 3. Arch round went well 4. Manager round went well Now the worst part started Recruitment agency called me and told that feedback is positive u ll get an offer in 2 or 3 days. Qvantel HR asked me for documents I shared the document but after 1 week I had a discussion with the HR for salary. Now the again worst part started I didn't any response from there side I contacted the recruitment agency for updated they said they are ready to pay 20 % I said no. Means if you are not ready to pay then why you guys wasted the time of candidate and why u took interview it's just simple i already told my expectation about salary but they are ignoring PS for candidate: if you are going for an interview and then, please ask them in advance for CTC part. they ll just waste your time and they won't pay you at all STAY AWAY from this company, if you are from a good college(IITs, NITs) and have good hands-on experience and already making good money. They will not be able to pay you and you will unnecessarily waste your time
