I was called by recruiter. She started saying how good the company quarter was but couldn't give me Y/Y revenue growth. Having worked on Javascript for 6 year and in Angular for 4 years, I consider myself as senior developer in javascript, but as soon as she talked about react, she said I was not enough senior and and that she will put my resume for another role and she started asking my proficiency in another technology. It seems like they wanted someone who has 10+ years of experience in every technology and can start contributing the next day they join. Don't waste time on this one. I declined to talk further and stopped the interview right away.

Phone screen followed by a technical screen where you go over a common leetcode question and you provide various solutions an analyze their space and time complexity. While the proctor says it's about how you think and problem solve it's really about solving the problem.
