Posted as R.R. Career but Company is called Justice League LA (it's a Sales Position). Waited half hour to start interview and then when interview starts they talk about "impressive" numbers that they have achieved to help non profit organizations. They are currently work with D.A.R.E. and LA Mission. Start off part time training and work with the fundraising team and transition to full time on fundraising team. Low base salary. The more money you raise the better the commission and potential for promotion. The position I applied for on LinkedIn does not exist at their company, just a gimmick. The first interview is the overall view and then the second interview is to talk to about day to day responsibilities. Offered to come back for a second interview but did not. Felt slimy/high stress environment/unnecessarily competitive. HR reached out to me a few days ago to schedule first interview emailed me again yesterday about setting up a first interview. Seems like they need some software to track who they have talked to lol. They weren't even listed in the building directory when I arrived, claimed this was there temporary office. (Shady) All the signs screaming no.
