Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela R.R. Donnelley em fev. de 2011
Entrevista
I had worked as a temp at R R Donnelley for several years, and left to go into public accounting. It was recommended by a former supervisor that I apply for a permanent position in their accounting department. The local head of the department passed my resume up the chain to the controller who then passed it to HR who set up a phone interview. This consisted of one 30 minute phone interview, during the day, with an individual out of their corporate office in Chicago.

The interviewer was very obviously someone who was more familiar with big 4 accounting firms rather than any of the small, local accounting firms. I say this because locally, the accounting firms structure tends to be staff -> manager -> partner. If you don't have your CPA you are a staff. If you have your CPA you are a manager. Partner - obviously an owner. The interviewer was quite interested in why after a year I was still a staff.
3 rounds of interview ,first you will get a call from hr and then manager , they mostly check your communications , the question are dependent upon the interviewer soo be prepared for it .

Applied online and asked a week later to come in and interview. Interview seemed to go very well! Was told I would hear back very fast. Never heard anything back. Even emailed the HR worker and got no response. Not very professional

Called in for an interview with two managers. Both had more questions about fit rather than testing my skills. There wasn't a pre-screen or a very long process. I was told an hour and my interview ended up being nearly 2 hours.
