Applied online through an employment agency. They were prompt which was good. They ask you to take a personality and assessment test. They bring you in for an in-person interview. I didn't receive a further update back from them without have to ask if I was still being considered, which I thought was rude and inconsiderate of my time and job prospecting search. I thought I would be a good fit for the job considering my background and experience. Though there was a big hint the job and company culture was very stressful and the low wage and expectations for the job probably wouldn't make up for it. Maybe in the end, it was the right to not be offered the role. Companies everywhere want absolutely perfect people with a refined skill-set willing to work for low wages that barely get you by... The company ratings and reviews (2.9) also suggest it may not be a very good job. The company may be okay, but the organization and management structure as well as the target market of business might be very fickle and unpredictable.

The process is lengthy as you will find yourself visiting three different Managers. I can say the interview process was not that bad as a learning experience. If you don't have a car then don't bother even applying, because if you show up on a skateboard even the candidates you are competing against will know.
