The interview was scheduled by a 3rd party company. The interview panelists of R1RCM were good, the question were good and regarding to my projects & my responsibility. The only reason I would not suggest anyone to join here is that they are totally confused. They don't know what they are looking for. They told 3rd party HR that they selected me for second round but after that their requirements changed. The technology stack which they were looking for I was having that but in JD which they have provided they have not mentioned it anywhere in the whole JD nor during interview they mentioned anything about that technology. Its not like they didn't selected me that's why I am submitting this review as I was already holding an offer but this is to let others be aware that they can change the requirements any given time of the process. I am not sure how they are as a company but I would doubt in their decision making ability. Please don't waste others precious time.
