Took a very long time did a phone interview first, waited 3 weeks then a face interview. Followed by a third interview. I waited for a call then finally they called , offered me something totally different than what the original interview stated. They also stated that it was Monday thru Friday . Then in the final interview or offer they said Monday they sat with one day off during the week

Did a phone screening first then a video interview with the hiring manager. Both were very friendly. I did get asked a couple of the same questions in the screening and the actual interview, which was odd to me because the hiring manager is supposed to look at the questions/answers you gave at the phone screening. The interview was less than ten minutes long.
