I applied online and received an invitation to a phone interview with a recruiter a few days later. I was also invited to fill out a personality test. After, I was then invited to interview with the manager a couple of days after the phone interview with the recruiter. The interview with the manager was very easy. I was asked about my previous employment and why I was looking to change careers. The interview overall took about an hour and was very easy. The manager went over the company and what the role entails. I got to briefly meet the staff after our interview. The manager said he was going to notify me in a few days if I got the job or not, which he never did. I reached out to the recruiter and was told that I was going to be notified soon, which I never was. From reading other reviews, I wasn't really surprised when I never heard back from the manager nor the recruiter. The lack of communication obviously says a lot about the company.
