Entrevista
It fairly easy. They do an aptitude first and then you are supposed to do a one way interview but they take forever to get back after that. You don’t speak to a person until the very end.
Submission of Application: The candidate applies for the job by submitting a CV, cover letter, and other required documents.
Initial Screening: Recruiters or HR personnel review applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
Phone or Video Screening (optional): A brief call to verify information, assess communication skills, and clarify expectations.
