Had an online first interview with HR. Normal. But second round of their interview was in person and was so weird. So far they were the only company that required an in person interview. And they had you complete an assessment then meet with the HM, who proceeded to spend a whole hour talking about himself and the company without even asking me ANY questions or giving me any chances to ask them questions. The HM also was unprofessional and couldn’t look me in the eye while mumbling about “why you should work here.” Was told to hear back from Hr the following week and never heard back.
