1st Round - Interview was pre screen with the recruiter 2nd Round - Interview with the Hiring Manager 3rd Round - Interview with team members Note: I never made it to the 2nd round because the interview went on PTO and when they came back I followed up with them via email and never heard back (Ghosted)

I applied directly on the website, and then reached out to an employee for a reference. The employee was lovely and had great things to say about the team and the company. I was put in touch with an internal recruiter who ghosted me after one conversation. I followed up with him 4 times over the course of 6 weeks looking for an update and for feedback.

2 stage interview process which was pretty smooth and usual competency based questions from the interviewers. 1st was with Head of Department then 2nd was with the department managers I would be working with.
