Very casual and good eye contact. Not intimidating. The interviewer was prepared with my resume and portfolio and had obviously done his research on my submitted samples. Did not blink an eye when I specified salary range and did not try to talk me down. Explained the perks of the agency right up front. The atmosphere was creative and inviting.

I was asked to do a spec copy campaign that was reviewed at the interview. This took the pressure off from the usual questions about yourself. It felt like the opportunity would be all about the work.
