Very well structured, awesome superday, great team. I had a first round over the phone and then I went to Houston for a superday in the middle of the week. The night before, everyone went out for Mexican food and it was a really casual, behavioral interview (if we are being honest).

Simple, more behavioral-based. Should definitely care more about your delivery when facing different kinds of directors. Important to perform your stock pitch and market trend ideas - they want to see you be in a place where you can sound creative.

Got referred for an entry level position, had a first round interview with the VP of FIG. Lasted 30 min. Asked me questions specifically about FIG, recent news, technicals, etc.
