Stage 2 - 30 minute Zoom Interview, mostly just asking about projects on my resume
Overall, very simple interview process, got the offer after following up.

The OA was very easy (no understanding of DSA required), and so was the interview (but I understand it depends on the manager interviewing you). The interview was entirely behavioral.

Examples: Tell me about yourself. Describe a time you demonstrated leadership.
Just one interview with the tech lead and the director of innovation.
Ask me mostly about Behavioural questions. It was not that technical.
They asked me mostly about how I work in a group setting.

Describe a time when you had to think outside the box to come to a solution.
Coding assessment then interview with 2 people. Asked bunch of technical questions like if I have used xyz as well as questions about past work experiences / projects. Lasted about 35-40 mins.
