Interview was quite easy, two interns who would be leaving their positions interviewed me for fit. They started off with the traditional questions (Education, Skills, Career focus, cold calling skills) and then behavioral (how to deal with rude customers, customer dealing, working under pressure). All in all the interview process wasn't too hard at all, very easy going interviewers and it seemed more like a smooth flowing conversation instead of a rigorous interview that most would expect.

How would you deal with an abusive customer on the phone?

Not an intense interview. Mostly a lot of behavior questions would prep for the most commonly asked questions: Time when I failed, Biggest weaknesses, etc. Try to be authentic, but professional.

Interviewer was kind. Straight to the point. Asked clarification questions on the resume. Asked basic behavioural questions that tests my passion for the role. Questions like Tell me about yourself, why finance, what experience do you have with customer service, would you get certifications.

It was very poor, I advanced to the second round interview and when I was supposed to hear back from the recruiter, they failed to give me a date and didn't reply to any of my follow-up emails.
