It took around 25 mins. Two branch managers interviewed me. They're nice and friendly enough to make me feel comfortable. The questions they asked seemed like not prepared, just random picked.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
