The interview process is very organized and well structured. First the HR department has to look and review your resume. Secondly, a phone interview is scheduled and then eventually an interview is scheduled with the hiring manager or the functional manager. Both behaviour and situational questions are asked as well during the interview. The HR department worries more about what you have on your resume, but the functional/ hiring manager really cares about your behaviours and how you act on certain situations. With my experiences of previous positions, RBC will most definitely follow up with you whether you get the job offer or not and are very professional about it
