Didnt have a interview with recruiter, direct interview with manager and assistant manager. Due to the current world conditions, it was all through video chat, they requested/made it madatory that I had a video camera on.

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
