The interview process was overall very nice. The interviewer was very friendly and they explained how it is to be a part of RBC and what kind of work we will do. Honestly felt like more of a conversation than an interview.

45 minutes interview, first asked me about myself, then asked me to tell about my technical projects, followed by a coding round and finally a system design question
The interview process was very straightforward and organized. It started with an initial HR phone screen to discuss my background, followed by a technical round with the engineering team. The interviewers were friendly and gave me a great sense of the company's collaborative environment.
