Easy. Was in a great setting with about 30 other people. You were then broken into smaller groups of 4-5 and ordered to come up with a presentation for the seniors.
I recently had a video interview with RBC. The interview lasted about 30–45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, but the questions were designed to test both skills and behavioral thinking.
