Initial call from hiring manager (Regional Manager). In-person interview at a local branch. Simple interview. Phone interview next. Sales # in investments as account manager was probably what sealed the deal (this is a commissioned investments role, after all). 200? question personality test online. Final interview in a local branch again with Regional Manager.

Smart manager, explained the role well. Didn’t bs, and showed comparable of other sales reps. Made me do a business plan that showed how I would achieve their metrics. Fairly straight forward
