Entrevista
I had an hour-long virtual interview with two branch managers last year. I was asked only standard behavioural questions. The interview process was pretty smooth, and after a few days, I received a call with an offer. Background check process takes long time. The starting date was after four weeks.

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.
