Self-introduction, experience in the banking industry. The interviewer introduced his background and experience in the bank. Lastly, I was asked about the expected salary and preferred start date. Some other questions are typical and easy to answer.

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
