Head of bank branch called me and asked some question about my self introduction and then ask me some interview question like why you fit this role, and how do you see yourself in 5 years in your career
The RBC interview was a good experience, but I realized the role had a stronger sales focus than I expected. I think I would be a better fit for operations, administration, or compliance roles because those areas match my strengths and previous experience.

It was good, many BQs. Many questions about your experiences in customer service. Prepare the behaviour questions in advance! Such as how to solve conflicts in a team or hard clients.
Tt is actually a coffee chat interview with 2 bank branchers, basic questions and fluent. I didnt go because I have other important things to do at that time. But yea, not bad.
