Terrible experience. Interviewed with Talent Manager and it was wonderful. She was kind, warm and well prepared. The 2nd interview, with the Director was awful. He was passive aggressive and completely unprepared and unprofessional. He made a point of telling me he could contact 10-15 Recruiters that would take the role and that he could tell in the first 10 minutes of someone was right for the role. He had his mind made up before he even took our call. I expected more from senior leadership.
