The interview I had was one of the rudest experiences in my life. Due to my different background, the founder of the company started yelling at me, expecting perfect answers to his questions. He treated me as if I were inferior. He runs the company by making people sign a 1-year bond with a 4 LPA package, taking advantage of their unemployment. At times, it is more beneficial to remain unemployed for a period and focus on self-improvement, rather than joining organizations that lack a positive and respectful culture.
