Applied online on August 19th, heard back August 20th and scheduled interview August 21st. Format was google Meet online link. Interviewer was in a single room shared with multiple other employees talking at the same time and was difficult to hear. Was quickly asked about as salary and essentially a standstill, saying interview cannot begin until range is stated (job listing gave zero range and interviewer refused to give ANY idea of what to expect). Stated 55k-65k which I assume is beyond the range. Discussed company, time in business and other details of duties accurate to job description. Had a lot of red flags most bright being that interviewer deflected specific questions such as "how long was the previous person in this role" "How old is the company?" "What do the daily tasks typically entail" citing these could be answered in 2nd round of interviews. Interviewer stated favorite part of working for RC Health was "the culture" and did not expand upon that further.
