I was contacted by HR. Interview Process had total 4 technical round and 1 round with CEO and another with HR. The interview process was really well managed and feedback was provided by HR after every round. It never felt like i am being interviewed for a startup. I thing the experience of the CEO (running 6 successful startup) definitely has a major impact on well defined process and feedback . The Interview process was well coordinated (I can say for sure that it was a much better experience then many so called big MNC's). Total process took around 15 days and interview was conducted using Skype or MS Teams. They were quick to release the offer once the interview was cleared. Offer they made was quite good and above industry average however I had to decline the offer due to personal reason. I would definitely recommend RDA to anyone looking for a change based on my Interview experience.
