Entrevista
I was called by an HR women. she asked me a few basic questions and we scheduled an interview for the same week. It turned out to be a group interview. The same women interviewed us. It was a group of about 5 other candidates. They were hiring us for the same position/project for the busy holiday season. There were multiple positions opened. Were were all asked the same questions. Once it was over, she said she would call us. A few days later she called to offer me the position, I accepted and the next week I started training.

Customer service experience? how do you handle a tough customer? etc.
They explained the role, you have to immediately accept the role when offered otherwise you may miss out. Was very fast paced and fast turnaround also so that kind of says something.

Entrevista
The interview was a group interview and the interviewer asked a few simple question. There were about 10 people and I am pretty sure everyone there got a job offer. It was just one interview and I got an email the same day offering me a job.

Entrevista
Easy and very comfortable environment. Open ended with questions as well as an assessment on the computer. The process was easy and non-stressful. They went out of their way to be fair and open about the position.
