Applied online and received a phone call then invited to the interview. Received a phone call later saying I was hired.

interview process was pretty simple. i interviewed with HR guy first and he asked me several questions about past experience, work life, etc, etc. after the interview was completed he set me up to meet with another person that asked me several questions about my past work history, and how i would handle different scenarios if put in certain positions.
