They do an interview over the phone first, which is done by one of the managers. Then you come into the building and speak with a Human Resource manager. They are layed back, but still dressed professional/casual. They then tell you they will call you after they ask you basic technical questions. I got a call right after I left pretty much. They do not drug test.
