The process was fairly quick - I applied online, and received an invite to fill out a survey and schedule a "chat" (which was essentially the interview). There was an emphasis on this "chat" not being an interview, although it was very much so, as the following stage was essentially a conversation surrounding logistics (start date, salary, etc).
The interview was extremely unstructured, with 2 team members asking me if I had questions for them prior to any explanation of the role, the company, and even a self introduction. I felt that I was driving/leading the interview by asking them questions about the role and the company, which is not how an interview should go.
This made me feel almost as though they had interviewed me out of obligation and had already selected someone for this role.
