Informal interview with one of the team managers, unprofessional. The manager was friendly on interview and was advised by the agency following day when I had job. The job is very insecure and was out the door before I even had a chance. Have children and needed this job and was told it would be permanent at interview (would not consider temporary) yet only lasted just under a month. Very high turnover in staff, virtually impossible to sell the driving lessons to customers as they were put off once the customers discovered the extortionate high prices. Even the seasoned hard sellers had difficulty. Waste of time.
