t was across 3 weeks (as I was currently employed), started with a phone screening by the Sales Director, followed by 4 1-on-1 interviews (CEO, General Manager, SVP of Sales and an Account Executive). All the meetings were very insightful and gave me a chance to meet the team. All my questions were answered and there was always transparency when it came to next steps and scheduling. What really stood out was the true team mentality and a openness to express my points of view and insights which I found extremely refreshing.
