Inicialmente com o RH, depois apresentação de um case para o diretor da área e o RH. Outros colaboradores tiveram um processo mais longo do que o meu, com outra entrevista com o RH, novamente com o gestor ou diretor da área, e as vezes também com o CEO
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa REGREEN (El Segundo, CA).

Directly interviewed by the supervisor. Usual interview questions you would expect (tell them about yourself, how your friends would describe you, etc.), and they test you a bit on excel and floor layout tests.

Entrevista
Terrible experience and waste of time!
I applied on Indeed and was contacted 2 weeks later by the Director of HR named Kent.
August 28: About an hour-long interview, I was asked basic questions about my previous experience and what I am looking for in this position. Straight to the point and good conversation.
August 28: Scheduled directly for a second-round interview with the senior PM on Sept 5 at 10am
September 5th: 9:55AM, I arrive. 10:30AM, senior PM is not in the office yet. 10:45AM, still not there so I am scheduled to interview with Director of HR again and Chad, President of the company.
10:50AM, I finally have my second interview and Chad has no idea about who I am or what I am applying for. I could feel that he was annoyed and did not plan this. Interview was about 30min (instead of 1h originally planned) and he complained about his previous PM not being organized and doing a terrible job. Instead of learning about me and my experience, he basically went on saying this position was very difficult, required experience (Which I have), the industry etc. I did not want to believe the previous reviews about his cockiness but unfortunately, these are true. This guy makes you feel that he is clearly above you and knows everything. Despite all of this, not only I met their requirements but I answer their questions perfectly. I could clearly sense the Director of HR's enthusiasm.
September 5th: I send a Thank you note for the interview, expressing my gratitude and the eagerness to become a member of the team.
September 12th: No feedback yet. I send an email asking for an update. Kent responds "Will have a response next week (2 weeks to make a decision after two interviews? Really?)
September 21 (9 days later): Follow up email mentioning that I did not get the position. No explanations.
Long story short: Waste of time! They are extremely unorganized, and their President doesn't seem like a guy you want to work with. Glad I found something better.
