They scheduled a group interview and there were about 12 of us in there. They talked about how your job is to sell stuff and that you will be hired as a part timer first and then eventually moved up to full time if they like you. That you need to work any day any shift to be considered. Asked me to "sell her on buying a water bottle" It seemed like they really won't hire people that have made more money elsewhere (maybe they think they won't stick around).

Online interview. After viewing question, you get 30 seconds to think and then must record an answer. You get 2-3 min per answer. If not satisfied with your first recorded answer, you have two more chances to re-record, and can then choose which of the three recordings you wish to submit. Five questions total. After this video interview, you may be offered a virtual or in-person interview with real people.
